Way too small
This fits my yearling filly! Way too small for my full grown horse. Luckily, I needed one for her too. Still in search for one for the full grown horse. Disappointing

Large? Not even close
I bought a large for my 16.0 2 year old Andalusian filly who is getting a little cresty. The "Large" needs another 12" to even get it close to going around her neck. I went back to my order to see if I ordered a miniature horse neck sweat by mistake. Nope! I can't even comment on the rest of it, since I can't use it.
