The is no "center post" so if you were to push a solid rectangle block into the cart it could fit as 16' deep, 25" wide, 19" tall. Because the cart has slight "edges" for reinforcement the true internal dimensions are maybe a half inch more in size. A propane tank fits no problem, although there is NO stability cut out on the bottom, so you would need to be a little careful if you are really moving the cart around a bunch. Hope this helps.
