I have been using this product for two straight months. I also started using Culterelle IBS Complete Support packets, and two IBgaurd peppermint capsules in the morning. As someone who has suffered with IBS for YEARS I wanted to share this combination has improved my quality of life. Years ago I used a med from Dr (old school tri cyclic antidepressant which actually helps brain to gut communication and is used off label for that reason for IBS patients), that worked for a long time for me. These types of meds are used less as patients age so I wanted to find something else if possible that would help me have a more normal life. This is a very different type of cleans from what I've used in the past. It's very gentle...if you dont take too much, which will result in the runs. I'd recommend it!
