Fantastic mixer , handled bread dough with ease .. much quieter than expected, only downside was the guard made adding ingredients a little awkward, but the guard is removable , it is expensive but you are buying quality . I would definitely recommend this mixer

Le batteur sur socle KitchenAid Professional 325 W est un véritable bijou en cuisine. La capacité de 6,9 L est idéale, que ce soit pour de petites ou de grandes quantités, et il a largement la puissance nécessaire pour mélanger même les pâtes les plus épaisses. Les 10 vitesses (de 40 à 200 tr/min) offrent une grande flexibilité, et il est super robuste — tu peux le sentir dès que tu l’utilises. Ce qui m’a vraiment impressionné, c’est la solidité de la machine. Elle est bien construite, assez lourde, et elle reste stable même quand tu prépares des mélanges lourds. C’est un investissement, mais il vaut vraiment le coup si tu cuisines souvent. Le rouge lui donne en plus un petit côté design qui ajoute du style à ma cuisine. Le seul petit bémol, c’est qu’il est un peu bruyant à haute vitesse, mais ça reste un détail mineur comparé à ses performances. En résumé, si tu cherches un batteur robuste et fiable pour des préparations à grande échelle, c'est un excellent choix. Un peu cher, mais vraiment un appareil qui va durer !
