I was concerned about 2 things when buying this:- Will it hold up under heavy weight (i.e. 150 lbs + resistance band-wise)- Will it by too wide / narrow?Neither issue is a problem. It is very strong even with somewhere around the equivalent of 150 pounds. I think it could easily go up to 200, maybe 250, maybe more.And the entire time I've used it, I've only ever needed two of the pieces connected (which probably improves the weight support)At least if you're using it for like chest press exercise or bicep, that's more than wide enough even for someone with a fairly large wing span. I couldn't talk to the weight as much if you're trying to deadlift and you wanted it to be substantially wider than your shoulders.But I found the product to be quite well made.

I have a home gym in my basement that has a low ceiling. I don't have room to get a cage so I do a lot with resistance bands. I've been trying to do lat pull downs with my bands attached to the ceiling and this has really helped out with my form and targeting the right muscles. It's easy to assemble and very study. Wish I bought this a year ago

Great quality. Metal and heavy duty, with a nice soft grip. Definitely not flimsy and holds up to heavy resistance bands easily

I love this. It makes me much more likely to work out, so I’ll get better results over time. It’s versatile: I use it for bench press, seated chest press, deadlift, & a few others. I might prefer a slightly heavier bar, but this is fit for purpose & highly effective. Good grip & padding.

it feels pretty sturdy and well built. The length is perfect for any exercise, and it is great that it can be adjusted from 2 to 3 bars. I'd say it's the best bang for your buck because of the price vs other amazon companies or name brands. Because of the adjustable length, it is very versatile for any form of exercise with the upper or lower body. The carabiners that come with it aren't too wide, and I use my own as my bands are 2 inches and wider. The foam doesn't feel good though which makes some exercises feel weird vs a normal barbell and there is a weird smell. I do feel that it could bend as a result of the triple attachment though vs a full bar. My foam is also not aligned well but overall is worth it for the cost and still works.

Bar broken in about 3 months of use. I’m not going to order this one again as a replacement.EDITThe company stood behind the product and is sending me a replacement.

I bought this a while ago. Sorry I’m late.It’s a bar. Comes in 3 pieces that screw together TIGHTLY. I have never had to tighten the bars together and it’s been several months a daily use.It’s also STRONG. I’ve been able to brace it above me and do chin up. I’m pushing 240, so one chin up, but still, wow. The foam padding hasn’t ripped, the rings you hook into are free spinning, so there’s no awkward unbalanced pull angles with bands; motion is smooth when manipulating under pressure. The clips are great but the black paint will begin to rub off with metal on metal contact. Not an issue, my basement isn’t an equinox.Highly recommend. Great bang for your buck and seems to be built to last. Stay classy and get after it you tiger you.

Excellent bar, quality was far above what I was expecting!
