It’s quite thick which was great. It has a shiny side and a more mottled side which is nice. So easy to use. It didn’t crack or tear. I made nougat so used 2 sheets one each side. Great taste which I think you can taste more as it’s thicker. It’s not expensive but also not cheap. I think it would be a good choice if you were printing onto it.
