Is this “new version” the one you can bend yourself?

This is the new version (Special) however this is NOT the extended version (the one you bend yourself) This unit is about 6 inches in length comes with 2 x suction cups and 1 x Plastic U bend I believe the one you are looking for is the Special Extended (about 15 inches long) that can be heat bonded over the rim of your tank.

Can this be used with diy citric acid/baking soda co2, or does it need high pressure?

It it helps, I’m using it with DIY yeast CO2 and it’s doing a great job.

Will this work at 15 psi? i have an older low pressure regulator.

This is designed to work with DIY Co2 systems in mind so you should not have any problems running it
