So as someone trying squat shoes for the first time I thought I was very flexible and these shoes showed me how non flexible I was . They help release tension in my knees and made my ankles a lot more sturdier than before which is crucial for someone doing powerlifting and heavy squats even at a light weight. Also as someone who struggles to train claves these shoes help keep the foot completely flat so focusing on calves raises has become so amazing . The shoes almost feel like they give you more power because of the perfect stability and balance . When you walk it feels a little weird because the shoes designed to keep your foot flat and slightly elevated and in place so walking feels a little weird but overall I’d buy the shoes again or recommend, no real difference between these shoes and brands that want 130$ for a pair, These shoes meet the perfect standard of affordability, design, quality , and leverages for what your desired goals are such as weightlifting, bodybuilding, powerlifting, you name it.

The size is not correct Is bigger and not useful

I bought these after having gone years in flat shoes to do squats. I didn't believe in the hype. I had to admit to myself that I was wrong all that time, these are a game changer for folks squatting with heavy weight. The mechanics of your squat will change because you hit depth "sooner," but they sure help your knee tendons not get as sore. definitely helped me level up my technique.
