Snuggle Puppy Heartbeat Toy, Calming Comfort, Medium Breeds - Biscuit

I got my puppy yesterday and this is, so far, the best thing I purchased. He wrestles with it and sleeps against it. He slept through the night which I totally did not expect. The toy is bigger than he is and that make the whole thing just that much cuter. I have a feeling I will be going through a lot of batteries but I think it's completely worth it. The toy is soft and so far has taken the little guys teeth with no tearing. I'll update further if he manages to rip it open or anything Update: No tearing and I did put in a hand warmer overnight to see how that worked. It made the toy warm enough to the touch to be comforting but not too hot. I'm not sure my puppy noticed or cared and I haven't done it since. He loves to wrestle with this and sleeps next to or on top of it whenever it's nap time. Update May 2017 -- He loves this toy, he still sleeps with it every night. It hasn't had a heartbeat or the warmer in years but it is still his go to sleep toy. It goes with him to boarding and on every trip. He still has the original stuffy though it doesn't have ears or eyes anymore. I had to wash it once due to an explosion in the crate, with a lot of bleach, and it fared very well. He wasn't sure about it for a few days as it didn't smell right anymore, but he soon fell in love with it again. Im very impressed with the quality as this has lasted three plus years of pretty constant mauling. Five Year Update: He still loves this toy. I keep considering getting a new one and swapping them out but it's held up surprisingly well. Seven Year Update: My neighbors got a puppy and she just cried the whole first night in the crate. I got her one of these and the difference is amazing. She hears the heartbeat and goes directly into her crate! I broke down and got my dog another one, even though this is a big pricey for the size of toy. He is in love. He has spent hours cuddling with this in the past two days. I put up a pic of the old one vs new one. I finally washed the old one and it's better, but he LOVES the new one. I was being sentimental as it was the toy I had with me when I picked him up from the breeder, but apparently he doesn't care. I will be getting more, possibly yearly, as he destroys them.

This just arrived today and it is working wonders!! Our new baby absolutely loves it and wasted no time snuggling up to it. The heart beat is comforting and I will recommend to anyone getting a new little one

We have had this snuggle puppy for three months now. It was a must have for our new pup! We had it prior to getting him. He became very attached to it the first few weeks we had him. Puppy would drag it out of his crate to snuggle during the day. (As pictured) Our pup is almost 6 months old now and still carries it out to his bed and snuggles it. We used the setting where the heartbeat turned on with any movement. The battery finally died after 3 straight months of use. This item, in addition to a blanket with his litter mates scent helped ease his transition into our home. He is a chewer, yet does not mess with this toy. He still enjoys it! In addition to helping with anxiety and attachment, the item is easily washed and dried in a mesh bag. It still looks like new!

Great; our puppy loved this! We never used the heat pack, and the heartbeat is fabulous, but we tried changing the battery and it never worked again on either of the puppies (we got one for upstairs and another for downstairs). We were lucky she she loved it so much bc it did not become a chew toy, but ended up taking the heartbeat part out after the failed battery change bc we were worried she might try to pull it out and chew it.

What a relief this puppy has been. Princess Fiona is sleep all through the night (until the cat bugs her). Before I got it I was up and down all night. I have it on the mode so when she moves it comes on. Personally, I recommand this product for new puppies. She's so cute when she cuddles it.

I was honestly skeptical that this would work, but it really really did. For us the heating packs are most useful so we ended up ordering more of them, but our puppy loves the heartbeat as well. The size is a tad big for our pup but I think it honestly makes it even better for him. It’s super soft and the Velcro bit is great quality as well. Very thankful to this product for our full night sleeps!!

Our miniature schnauzer puppy absolutely loved this. Every night we would set it up about an hour before we would go to bed so that the heat pack would be ready for him, and then I would lay with him or snuggle with him on the couch for that time being and then put them in there and you could see him automatically go snuggle up to little snuggle buddy and go to sleep. He didn’t wake up until the next morning about time to go potty every night. Every time you check on him in the camera, if there was any movement, it was him readjusting to lay on his snuggle buddy. Now that he is a little older, we don’t use heat pack anymore. He still snuggles with this buddy. We don’t even turn the heartbeat on anymore, but he still find it comforting I guess because he’s been with it sleeping with it since his first day in the house. It truly made crate training super easy and I highly recommended for anyone with a puppy or even with just an anxious dog. Now are pup did not get into the Velcro and get into the heat pack but again he is only a 3 pound miniature schnauzer. You might need something different if your dog is going to be bigger and if they chew aggressively.

I got this for my puppy when I took him home at 8 weeks, and he is now 5 months. I think it did help him for the early stages of his nighttime crate training, because when I'd look on the camera I saw him laying his head on top of it. When the snuggle puppy was in the wash, my puppy would cry more than usual unless he had a replacement stuffed animal. So while helpful, I'm not necessarily sure that the heartbeat in the toy is what he likes, or just stuffed animals in general. I'm glad to have gotten it, just in case, but I do have critiques. It's not very durable, and I've had to repair it a few times. He does really love his snuggle puppy, but I don't think he sees it any differently than his other soft toys - he wants to play with it and rip its head off too. It's kind of....not cute. It could be much cuter. The price is way too high for this thing. I will say, I've accidentally put it through the washing machine and dryer twice with the heart still inside the pouch, so the Velcro is really pretty strong lol. It was an ok purchase, and it's been cute to see him grow so much larger than it.

J'avais compris que cette peluche était fortement recommandée pour les chiots afin de réduire leur anxiété de séparation. A tester sur le moyen terme. En attendant, la peluche est très douce. Elle est fournie avec le cœur (pile incluse) qui reproduit le battement de cœur et un heat pack initial pour la chaleur. Bonne qualité de la peluche et l'intérieur me paraît sûr mais protéger le chiot une fois pelotonné contre elle. Vraiment charmant!
