Disappointing flavour
It’s hard to find great tasting gf couscous. These weren’t great, but good value for money and easy to cook. Just disappointed with the flavour.

Really good
Take onions, mushrooms and saute. Add 1/2 cup of couscous and half a cup of Kasha( for added protein) and brown. Add chicken stock and cover until tender. You're welcome.

Pretty good!
Considering that most Passover products are meh, especially gluten-free ones, this couscous is quite good! The texture is close to that of “real” couscous. Easy and quick side dish. Use a non-stick pan and less oil than suggested.

Sticks to pot
Fickle cooking conditions. Sticks to bottom of pan so make sure it's boiling when you put it in, as then be sure to keep stirring so it doesn't stick (and I'm saying this about a nonstick sauce pan). Decent flavor texture if it doesn't accidently become mush. Recommend rinsing it after the boil. Ridiculously expensive, and agitatingly in 7 ounce packs instead of a full cup. If it was $5 per cup of pasta or less I would add a star, and if it didn't stick I would add the second star. I will update this if things change for better or worse.

Was it my cooking or...
Finding GF couscous is a project. It never quite comes out like the original because, well, it is different. It is more like a pastina. The flavor of these Couscous pearls is fine. They tend to get a bit sticky and mushy. That could be my inability to get the cooking right. The instructions are not quite accurate either. I recommend them though not as couscous but rather as a GF product that can be used to do many of the same things couscous can do.
