It’s a great little seat!
I purchased this stool primarily for when I’m out taking photos of wildlife or just out in my backyard. I like the unique feature of the 360° swivel. Just to put fit into perspective, I’m 5’4” and 140 lbs. I’ve found this stool to be sturdy and the seat comfortable (after breaking it in). To be honest, the first time this stool was assembled, I needed help getting the last corner stretched over the last pole. I read previous reviews about this issue so I decided to sit in it and try to stretch out the fabric over a week. It worked! The second time I assembled the stool I could do it all by myself.

Ingenious device
I am a nature photographer who experiences pain in my left foot and ankle if I stand for a very long period of time. So when I take to the field I bring along a small stool so I can sit intermittently. I still own and use the very good Swedish Walkstool, but I am always on the lookout for something that just might be better. I tried those plastic round pop-up stools, but they are prone to breakage if you move the wrong way while sitting. When I saw this device on Amazon I was intrigued, because it has the swivel feature that allows you to move laterally around and back while perched on what undeniably is a fairly low, basic seat. But this swivel, for me at least, is a big darned deal. I brought this stool to Mexico to view the April 2024 solar eclipse, and it just plain worked. I know some people have complained that mounting (pulling) the tricornered seat piece itself onto the frame can be difficult, but I found that after a few repetitions it was no longer a problem.Overall, I say kudos to the engineer who designed this very small, lightweight, easy to transport portable seat. It works great and the price is reasonable.

Compact and sturdy
Use it to sit on while building fires in my tent stove. When I’m not starting fires from it, it makes a pretty good catch all that fits on it. Not the most comfortable to sit on long term.

After 20 minutes of trying with two people, we couldn’t get the seat to fit onto the post.
The fabric seat does not fit on the stand. Maybe it’s a fluke but I did see other reviews where people had the same issue. Another downside is you need to remove the fabric in order to fold up the chair completely. I was looking for something I could pull out and have setup in under 30 seconds. This isn’t it unfortunately.

Good design, material is questionable.
Design is seemingly better than most others, very lightweight and compact. Im worried about the material. The center swivel is a cheaper plastic so it might break over time.

Nature photography very stable - many uses around house
My initial purchase was to help my wife assisting her put on her shoes. Found the seat to be very stable for my 160 lb's and easily allows me to turn when on the seat. I get the feeling it would hold 250 lbs. It's the many other uses that are also terrific- my close up nature photography where II would squat. Now I can sit and not stress my leg muscles. The only issue I have is the effort it takes to place the attached metal rods into the bottom seat slots. I did it with patience and strength and worth the sense of STABILITY. Now I am buying another seat for my other home. Set up, it is 15" high, and then collapses back into its 12" zipper pouch. NO LOOSE PARTS On the reverse side of the seat is a pouch to store the COLLAPSED seat into its zippered bag. I will follow up with the other uses I find as well if there are negative features. At this moment I love it!

Not for dirt
Overall, the stool is a nice product it’s solid and very light however because the feet are so thin and there’s no base to put on the ground the stool easily sinks into the dirt. So unless you’re placing it on rock or a solid surface any grassy forest area the legs are going to sink in and you go from a fairly easy height to something that’s very short and almost impossible to get out of.

使い道はたくさんありそう
座り心地はいいですね~。回転できるのもgoodです。ただ、最後のフレームをポケットにいれるのがかなり力がいります。
