These are awesome resistance bands! They are great quality and a nice variety of strengths. I have no complaints, what a bargain for under $10.00!

About a year ago I broke my ankle, and I needed some resistance bands for rehabbing back from the injury. I bought these, and they were excellent. PROS: - DIFFERENT LEVELS OF RESISTANCE: That was perfect for the different steps of my recovery, and I could see it being useful for different work outs in the gym as well. - DURABILITY OF THE BANDS: They are made of a good, strong, material, and even the thinnest band did not break with heavy use. - BRIGHT COLOR CODING: The color coding of the bands is helpful in easily grabbing the right one without having to read what the strength is. - STABILITY OF THE BANDS WITHOUT LATEX: One of the reasons I bought these is because I have a Latex allergy and these are latex free. The bands always return to their original form and don't stretch out over time. CONS: - STORAGE OF THE BANDS: The bag for storage that the bands come in could have been designed a little better. It takes a minute to fold the bands up and fit them inside the small bag they give you. But the bag does make the bands pretty portable. - DUST AND DIRT COLLECTION: Maybe its just my OCD but it annoys me that these bands collect a lot of hair and dirt on them. Its possible that there is nothing that can be done about that based on the material though.

These are just what I needed to do my PT exercises. My therapist showed me how to tie knots in one end and place at top of closed door to use. It's a win win. I can exercise my shoulders, back, and arms. Great for the price! I recommend and would purchase again.

The bands arrived on time, were properly packaged, and seem to be of good quality. It's too soon to know how they will hold up over prolonged use.

First time using resistance bands and surprised at the versatility they offer for keeping muscle groups toned up. Not sure how long they will last but seem very durable, the assortment offers a range of resistance for every application. Probably the easiest to use and single most versatile aid to maintaining physical condition in rehab and ongoing maintenance workout. The wide width makes them comfortable to use, the length is just right for any exercises I do and I'm tall.

If you are looking for plain, elastic resistance bands (no handles or grips), I would highly recommend this set. 5 color coded bands of a wide range of resistance strengths. At $10 for the set, it is a great deal and will make exercise at home readily available any time you desire. A great supplement to your regular exercise routine, or as a way to have an exercise fitness program without joining a gym or buying expensive equipment.

I ordered what was advertised as five color-coded bands, but only received two. The material feels cheap and aged, and once you stretch the bands they don’t fully retract. Overall, the quality is very poor—I wouldn’t recommend this to anyone.
