Was looking for a healthy electrolytes supplement, and after reading reviews, I felt like this was the one for me - Keto friendly, quality ingredients, and after just having my first drink, the taste is great. I used to drink so much water, literally litres of it a day and still feel so thirsty and a Dry mouth until I started dabbling in drinking electrolytes, I’m still in the discovery stage of it and its Fair to say I’ve tried 5 other things now which one was meh and the Others I couldn’t even finish the drink. My cup of choice is my Stanley quencher so I wanted something I could pop in with ice and drink Away throughout the day/night. At first I thought I didn’t like this one either because I used the 2 scoop method into a drink but it was just awful in my opinion but I’m not an overpowering flavour type of gal so I played around and i Find it far better with one scoop per 1.12l cup. It tastes so refreshing the cherry berry flavour keeps my hydrated and elevates that constant thirsty feeling. It’s kind of helped me with headaches I’ve only tried 2 flavours the cherry berry which is my fav so far it’s just so yummy Tried the mango and im Not a fan of that one, I’ll finish it don’t get me wrong but it’s not something I’ll rebuy as it’s easier hydrating when you like the taste For me it wasn’t about Keto so I can’t attest to that I just wanted to venture into electrolytes I don’t mind the price tag because I like it and see The benefit in it and i Really need to be drinking a ton as I sweat so much out with menopause I’ll work my way through the flavours, what I’ve been doing is alternating the cherry and mango But after the mango I’ll alternate a new flavour in but rebuy cherry as I feel like that’s going to be a staple Some might say squash is cheaper but it’s just so syrupy even the reduced sugar versions this gives you flavour and hydration That packs a punch

It’s very sweet. The accumulation of it, is off putting. I really like the way this makes me feel. And I like the taste, but wish it was less artificial sweet

For me this has been a game changer. Iron man training, daily health stack and overall wellbeing enhancer: my personal favourite is cherry flavour and wouldn’t do without it. No cramps and consistently good blends and mixes great in a water bottle. Needs a bit more stirring in a glass. A repeat order yearly and long term user and wouldn’t do without it. Compared to other alternatives I feel it is very good value and not just for Keto it is for everyone.

Love these electrolytes, I started taking them as I fell poorly due to dehydration and these have helped me massively as it makes it easier to get my water intake daily without having to drink plain water all day. And with the range of flavours you can't get bored. They have a strong flavour and mix really well with water without leaving that grainy feel when you drink it. I've had no side effects from drinking these. I think they are value for money as on tun lasts me the month with them holding 50 servings, it give you the option to double the serving which still would last you a while. Couldn't fault this product and will be ordering more flavours.

Gute Elektrolyte Mischung. Der Geschmack geht in Ordnung. Wenn man sich ein Glas anrührt sollte man nicht zu lange mit dem Trinken warten, ansonsten ist der Rest im unteren Bereich sehr salzig vom Geschmack. Aber das ist meiner Meinung nach völlig normal und kein negstiver Aspekt. Ich würde das Produkt aich erneut kaufen.

Finally an electrolyte with good taste and result, helps my dad with the cramp in his legs. Besides that I use it daily; it helps me to balance out my electrolyte and in this way prevent the tingling feeling I had after sporting. Besides this I always had difficulty drinking enough. Due to the great taste this problem is now also solved, I really like it.

Clean ingredients, great ratios between minerals, good taste. Children make smoothies from kefir with it.
