took a minute or two to take off the caps to shorten the rope but super easy to adjust to the perfect length - weight is good enough for some workouts on the balance beam with the jump rope

They were able to be sized up very easily the girls love them.

Good quality, but too long.
It’s a little bit TOO long which is a bit annoying... I am 5’4 and i just wish it was a bit shorter. Apart from that, the handles and the durability is strong and well made.
