I have purchased this clock twice - the first time it worked for 8 months. I liked the clock, the size, the multi color options and the remote control. After it stopped working I replaced the clock with the same model, thinking the failure was an anomaly. The customer service team reached out to me and replaced the clock free of charge - and suggested the USB power supply could have caused the failure. I have replaced the USB power supply and now giving it another run. 5 Stars for the customer service.

This led clock is great it shows the time, temp and has an alarm clock. There are many colors to choose from and it comes with a cute little remote. It’s very very bright but luckily there are options to dim.

Easy to operate and the multiple color choose to pick are nice.

ive had this clock a little over two years and it’s worked great but now the remote wont work and when it does it causes the clock to buzz and not even do the function of the button pressed. occasionally it’ll flash the time for a few minutes then stop and start again. wish it came battery powered instead of a cord. great clock overall just a few issues towards the end of its life

I bought this to put on a bookshelf in a game room and it looks and works great! I was originally going to get the white color LED model but decided to get the RGB model to have some more options, but I usually am just keeping it on white at the lowest brightness, which isn't too dark, nor too bright for a dark room. The only things that I don't care for are the pre-selected colors, as I would have liked to have had some more regular colors, such orange and blue, but you can easily set one color of your choice as a custom color, but only one and so if you want to set another custom color you'll have to replace your old one. Lastly, I don't like is this is the only clock I have anymore not Internet connected, so it requires a manual daylight savings time change twice a year. I would have gladly paid more for a black model that was APP controlled that automatically set this for you, but it doesn't appear that anybody makes that model yet!

I have had a similar clock to this but by another brand in black for years and had no issues with it until the light bulb started going out so I ordered this one as a replacement on October 9th. Today is December 9th and the clock which is untouched hanging high on a wall froze. When I tried to use the remote it made a long beeping noise so I unplugged it and plugged it back in. Now does not come on at all. It was not damaged, I tried multiple different power chords that work on other devices so it's safe to say after 2 months this clock went out on its own. A waste of money. Would not recommend. Going to find where I ordered the original and repurchase that one

This clock is cute for room decor and the pink color matched my daughter’s room nicely, but the alarm settings were difficult to use. We had trouble figuring out the AM/PM setup and the alarm became inconsistent after resetting it multiple times. It looks nice visually, but I wouldn’t rely on it for important alarms or daily wake-up use.

It lights up the room

This was very handy for the kids bedroom as not only can an alarm be set by remote but the brightness is adjustable for time of day/night. Having a low profile easy read clock was a must as this needed to fit up high and away from wandering hands. So far this seems like they have no issues. Template is handy for fitting to wall but seemed to be off for one of the holes. Does seem to sit ok for 2 holes however

Had it for a couple months now, all brightness levels still in good working condition. Can be displayed in multiple ways(sitting on a desk, on the way) plug in or battery operated. Only thing that doesn’t work for me is the temperature setting
