Multi function pressure cooker.
Iโm not one for giving 5 stars but this multi cooker is a very versatile little unit that turns out perfect every time and complements every kitchen space. All its functions including my favourite the slow cooking turns out brilliant every time. Very easy to operate, the built, locking arrangement and looks feels and gives a sense of security and durability. The pressure cooking function when compared to traditional cookers is way much better and faster without the constant lost any steam during the cooking process, IT IS STEAM FREE - that is energy efficiency if you ask me, and best of all I never had food drying out or burnt and the cleanup is always easy. I donโt regret making this purchase and you wouldnโt either.

Great quality pressure cooker
Loving using this Cosori electric pressure cooker. Its a replacement for another brand of electric pressure cooker that i bought years ago which still worked but the display had gone so difficult to judge cooking times. This pressure cooker has a clear digital display and so many options for cooking different things and is simple to operate. It saves a lot of time which cooking meals and you just have to set it and forget it as it will stop cooking after its allotted time so no risk of burning food. The price is a little more expensive than some but i think you get what you pay for with these sort of things. I am enjoying using it and hope to do so for many years to come.

Total Game Changer for Weeknight Meals!
โญ๏ธโญ๏ธโญ๏ธโญ๏ธโญ๏ธ Total Game Changer for Weeknight Meals Iโve been using the COSORI Electric Pressure Cooker 5.7L for about a month now, and honestly, I donโt know how I managed without it. I was a bit hesitant to add yet another kitchen appliance, but this one has truly earned its place on my countertop. โ Pros: Super versatile: Iโve made everything from stews and curries to perfectly fluffy rice and even porridge and yoghurt - everything turns out tasting great. It also sautรฉs, steams, slow cooks - it basically replaces multiple gadgets. Time-saving: Meals that used to take hours now take under 30 minutes. Total lifesaver on busy evenings. Generous size: The 5.7L capacity is great for family meals or batch cooking. I usually cook for 2-3 people and have plenty of leftovers for the next day. User-friendly: The digital display is intuitive, and the preset functions make it easy to get started. I barely needed the manual. Ease of cleaning: The non-stick bowl inside works great and is still super easy to clean after being used for quite a while already. โCons: It takes a bit of time to come to pressure and release it after cooking, which isnโt a huge deal, but something to keep in mind. Itโs a bit bulky, so youโll need some space in your kitchen. โ๏ธ๐คFinal thoughts and value for money: Overall, this pressure cooker has made cooking faster, easier, and actually more enjoyable. I definitely found it to be a worthwhile investment and highly recommend it if you want to eat more tasty home-cooked meals without spending ages in the kitchen.

Reliable, Versatile, and Built to Last!
Weโve had this COSORI pressure cooker for quite some time now, and itโs easily one of the best investments weโve made for our kitchen. We use it almost every day for everything from quick weeknight stews to perfectly cooked rice, and it has never let us down. โThe build quality is excellentโit feels sturdy, the interface is intuitive, and itโs very easy to clean. We actually own several COSORI appliances (including two of their air fryers), and the consistency across the brand is impressive. Everything they make seems to be designed with the home cook in mind. โBeyond the product itself, itโs worth noting that COSORIโs customer support is top-tier. Itโs a huge relief to buy from a company that actually stands behind what they sell and treats their customers with respect. โIf you want a versatile, high-quality multi-cooker from a brand you can actually trust, I canโt recommend this one enough. Itโs a five-star product from a five-star company!

Absolute gem!
This pressure cooker is a dream, so many cooking options, functions and really easy to navigate. I love the vent/seal slider and the fact that its location means your hand never needs to go near the steam release valve. I was pleasantly surprised as to how quiet it is when in use. Ive only had it 24 hours and have used both the 'Saute' and 'Rice' programmes to make a rice pudding. Saute heats up really quickly, minutes! I used the Rice programme, set time to 15 minute the 5 beeps when cooking completed were audible but not annoying. I allowed the steam to release naturally for 10 minutes - perfect Rice pudding in 30 minutes from start to finish compared to 1.5 to 2 hours in an oven! Love how the lid can be rested in a slot on the outside of the unit. (I should add that its not a hinged rest, needs to be lifted up and out ) The unit sits nicely on the worktop, its a great size and looks good. The inner pot has a lovely finish & the bottom of it is flat and not domed and its a breeze to clean too I cant wait to try more programmes and the 'Delay Start' timer in the next few days! If you're pondering as to whether or not to buy this, I'd say go for it, its really great value for money!

Great electric pressure cooker
Electric pressure cookers cost more (typically) than the ones that go on the hob, and they don't reach quite as high pressure. But I still prefer them hugely because they're programmable. I can put the ingredients in, set the pressure, set the time and let it get on with the whole process. The results are highly consistent so once you know how long it takes to get your rice or pasta cooked how you like it, it's just a matter of filling the pressure cooker and program it and then let it run. The count down timer tells you exactly when it will be perfectly cooked. In use, the slightly lower pressure from electric models isn't enough to greatly change things anyway and not having to monitor it is a time/effort saver. Rice and pasta are two of the main things I cook in this, I find it so much easier than having to keep checking when they're done and getting frustrated how long it's taking. I also cook lentils in this, various types of dal and dried chickpeas/beans (after overnight soaking). The non-stick pot is easy to remove and doesn't hold on to flavours. I would have liked a stainless steel pot however, it would be longer lasting. Although they say it's dishwasher safe I've chosen to wash it by hand since dishwashers are hard on non-stick coatings. They also say the entire lid is dishwasher safe too, but plastics also age much faster over time in the dishwasher, so I wash it by hand. Both are easy enough to clean by hand. It's a lot cheaper than comparable models from better known brands, but from what I can see does the exact same thing. It can be used like a saucepan, for example to fry some vegtables before adding lentils and pressure cooking to make dal. For this kind of step in a recipe it's great for avoiding using another pan. However, it has limits. I used it like a saucepan while my hob wasn't working to make soup and to boil vegatables - I found it ran a bit hot when frying things, I would have liked some lower settings for frying small amounts of food, and conversely I found it wasn't that powerful when cooking large volumes of food with the lid off - like a pot of soup or boiling vegtables in a litre or two of water. It was great to have in the context my hob wasn't available, but given these limits isn't a way I'd normally use it. To be fair though, I am comparing it to a gas hob or induction hob which do have much higher heat output. It may be similar or better than some older style electric hobs - I have seen some electric hobs that struggle to keep a litre of water boiling! It's certainly better than that. Overall very happy, but had to mark down one star because of the non-stick pot for two reasons. First of all, non-stick is not something everyone wants to use now and it does have a finite life compared to stainless steel that will just carry on forever. Ideally we should have an option, or at least the chance to buy a stainless steel pot. Secondly, buying any kind of replacement pot for this pressure cooker - even the standard non-stick type - seems difficult. I can't see them anywhere? This will potentially result in the end of life for this product being the pot wearing out. Other brands, albeit much more expensive ones do have available replacement pots. If this will matter though only time will tell. Perhaps the pot will last a long time and the pressure cooker life will be limited by something else entirely, but it does present a possible problem other products won't have. Still, it's a surprisingly well made device, it feels very solid, for a pretty low price point so I think it will give decent value over time.

Excellent
This was a great buy. Makes anything and everything. I have made soups, curries, casseroles etc. Takes a fraction of the time over fan oven and slow cooker. Meat is very tender having been cooked in less than half the time of my oven or slow cooker. Love it.

Ceramic bowl is excellent. Cooker works as it should
Superb cooker that does what it says. The ceramic bowl is a big plus and was one of the major selling points to us. It has lived up to our expectations. The first unit we received had to be replaced as it was received dented yet both boxes surrounding it were unmarked! We ordered a second unit which was received in perfect condition.
