I have been using these honeycomb molds in my kitchen for the past two weeks to create delicate tuiles and chocolate beehive garnishes. The high-grade silicone flexibility is the standout feature here, as it allows me to peel the mold away from intricate lace patterns without the thin edges snapping or crumbling. The hollow 3D beehive geometry is incredibly precise, resulting in a crisp, professional look that instantly elevates the plating of my desserts. The heat resistance and stability are impressive, as I’ve moved these from the hot oven directly into the freezer without any warping or structural degradation. I’ve noticed that the non-stick surface is so effective that I don’t even need to use a release spray for most fondant or isomalt applications. One minor annoyance is that the molds are quite thin and floppy, making it difficult to transfer them to the oven once they are filled with liquid batter. You absolutely need to place them on a flat baking sheet before filling them to avoid a messy spill. Aside from that small handling requirement, the detail and ease of use make these a fantastic tool for decorative pastry work.

Easy to use. The tuile comes out of the mold easily. I would highly recommend.

Fast delivery. Good quality however I was not successful using the molds. Mine crumbled. In all fairness I can't say it was the mold.
