These are the right dosage - the actual maximum recommended daily amount (420mg) if you take the 2 capsules as directed. This 420mg is supposed to be from all sources of magnesium. I take one daily which gives me 210mg of magnesium, below the recommended 350mg maximum daily dosage from just supplements. I also eat a lot of cashews as I have been a cashew addict my whole life so I am probably good on magnesium!

Helps sleep, can be used as laxative (in high dose), safe and natural, much better choice over sleep pills or harsh laxatives. Same brand as our choice of turmeric.
