Was so pleased to receive this so quickly and it is fantastic quality . Can't wait to show it off at our wedding and after I will be framing it to go on our wall .

First item arrived with a knot in the date so looked awful and was illegible (if knot was anywhere else except with a letter printed over it it would have been fine as is wood and expect knots) when I went to query all that came up when I entered damaged was that the item was Not eligible for a refund , was quite frustrating, I emailed the company but didn’t get a reply and so ended up doing a live chat with Amazon who could see company had actually emailed me but I was receiving a blank email from them. However I got home today and a replacement middle piece arrived. Fantastic 😀 and am so happy now as the item was fantastic and fantastic quality apart from the knot but is now complete and ready to gift to my friend for her wedding. Thank you I would recommend product and company for service

I purchased this item as a goodbye/memory jigsaw for a couple who were leaving the country. They love jigsaws so when browsing Amazon for ideas this jumped out as an option and it did not disappoint. I purchased the largest size available, was able to customise it to suit our needs and then placed the order, it arrived really quickly, was packaged beautifully and smelt wonderful. The jigsaw was easy to put together, each piece is identical so once you have decided how big you want it and completed the outside pieces it all fits together easily (with spaces pieces supplied as well). Our friends family and friends filled in the jigsaw with a lot of goodbye messages at their leaving party (we used fine point colored sharpies - but still gave the pen as a gift) and then (after taking a photo) we took it all apart, bagged it up and they were easily able to put it in their luggage ready to make up jigsaw at leisure once they were settled in their new home. I would definitely use this company again. Thank you!

Very quick delivery, the puzzle is beautifully made and the quality is insane - you also get spare pieces, a sign and a pen which all look beautiful together when set up. We had lots of compliments on the puzzle at our wedding and can’t wait to hang it up!
