Good stuff!
Good price for a good energy shot- although sucrose is not a good taste. mix it with something to mask it unless you have no choice. I use this on the road for a quick alert boost - it lasts as described and fades away with no down effects (for me).

Great wake up product that I use almost daily
Ever since I discovered these energy drinks, they have become a part of every morning. I don’t feel that I need to have one, like coffee, or other stimulant type of caffeine drink. I just like the taste, and the way that it energizes and starts my morning. One issue to be aware of of course is the fact that five hour energy does contain niacin. That’s not a bad thing. It’s just important to note that you should not drink the entire bottle all at once, particularly if you have had any type of low blood blood pressure problem in the past, or you are taking medication for blood pressure. The niacin may cause a niacin rush as it is known and this may make you feel a little faint. Some people have actually reported that they drank the entire bottle and then fainted for a moment onto the floor. The bottle itself warns against this and does indicate that you should not drink the entire bottle all at once. For me, I break it up into three parts I take a drink and then perhaps get dressed or take a shower then I drink another third, and perhaps read the daily newspaper or answer email and then by the time I get into the car after about 30 or 40 minutes I drink the final third of the bottle. That is perfect for me no effects no dizziness and I am fully energized for the morning some of the flavors are not real wonderful, so choose the one that you like the best. For me it is the berry. I don’t particularly care for the watermelon.

Powerful punch in a small bottle.
I love my 5 hour energy shipments from Amazon. These little bottles pack a powerful punch. They are equivalent to drinking 3-4 cups of coffee. They help me to stay awake and be alert, especially when driving long distances. And they do not add a lot of calories like sweetened coffee products. They also have some essential vitamins and minerals. I particularly enjoy this flavor the most.
