Ohio Steel TL4500 Tractor Lift for ZTR

Absolutely perfect. Arrived a day early. Practically TOO easy to assemble. Does the job it's designed to do. Depending on the size of your mower, it's gonna be a little fun lifting the mower up. Lifted my Spartan with a bit of effort. I don't have a scale, so I'd say it's about 40lbs. Storage is a breeze since it folds up and leans against a wall. Simple industrial look to it.

I have a TORO TIMECUTTER SS3225. The TL4500 picked it up without any problem but the two lifting forks became stuck between the front axle and deck. By cutting three inches off the two longer forks it is no longer a problem.

I do not find this product to be safe. It has nearly fallen on me a couple times. It is easy to assemble and use but there is no break. The tires do not lock so they continue to keep rolling. Watch your head.

Well designed and sturdy but the weight of the lift caused the packaging to break open in transit or a warehouse. The fasteners were in a ziplock bag that was not fastened well. Somewhere in transit some of the fasteners spilled out and were missing (a few washers). I had to rummage through the box to gather what fasteners were left. I was able to assemble the product without the missing washers.

Easy to assemble, great product and great price. Would highly recommend this product!

This thing collapsed! Almost took my husband's life! The pictures are of the second collapse when we tried again to see what exactly happened. A safety pin fell out of one of the arms making it retract back into the arm bar. When this happened it caused the arm to bend in sideways as the mowers weight shifted down on to it and the whole lift failed. Even the jack stands tip over because they get knocked sideways and there is just too much weight. It fell so hard that it bent the super thick metal wheel. This is not commercial grade. This is not safe. They need to take it off the market. If you still decide to buy it please be safe. This is only the 2nd time we’ve used it and yes everything was tight and installed correctly. I’m a 34 year old woman and was just moments away from becoming a widow.

This is solidly built and works perfectly. On some mowers (mine is a 61" o turn walk behind) the hooks that go under the deck are too long and hit the inner deck that follows the arc of the blades, but i just cut them shorter and it's good. Here in wet side Hawaii decks rust out fast unless ALL the grass is cleaned from under the deck, so I use this tool every time i mow. Next chance I get I'll take a photo of it in use and post here.

Pretty slick device.. I can only assume that the negative reviewers didn't assemble it correctly or something along those lines. Minus 1 star because the design would definitely benefit from a bracing bar beteeen the two lifting arms. All in all an awesome gadget that works great on my 2018 Toro MX5075.
