So stiff not helping me to sleep. It has many options to place pillows but quality is not good as it doesn't seem to be memory foam

I purchased one few days ago and surprised by quality and light weight and packing. It gives good support and comfort for long duration use. Very convenient to handle due to light weight. Many possible settings so you don’t need any more pillows on bed for upper body. Probably best in class

These are comfortable initially, but as you lay and they warm up, they get softer and less support. Also the cover is poor quality, the velcro easily pulls/frays the white if it happens to touch it. Returned

I snore, was beginning to struggle with sleep apnea, and have acid reflux. I read info on wedge pillows, and decided to try one. I liked that this was in three pieces, so I could adjust it to my liking, and it was within my budget, for a first time purchase, so I could make sure it helped. The different arrangements on the diagram page helped me figure out what needed to go where for comfort and support. I opted to put two pieces together for the long incline, then discovered it was like an arm slot, so I could adjust and sleep on my side. The first night, no apnea, no snoring, and no acid reflux. I've had the pillow since February 2024, and it's now October 2024, and I'm still sleeping so much better! And, my husband no longer feels like he needs to sleep in the spare bedroom to avoid how bad my snoring had gotten. Last weekend, I had to take an overnight trip, and stay at a hotel. I didn't have the travel space to take the pillow, and I was miserable trying to sleep on conventional pillows again. It was my proof that this wedge is truly therapeutic. I am guessing I'll need to replace it after a year or so, because like any pillow or mattress, they break down in time. The fact that it has saved me from needing medication, and a CPAP, and my husband hasn't left the room, is well worth replacing it occasionally! Oh, and I never knew how much my arm would go to sleep on a conventional pillow, as a side sleeper, until I slipped my arm in the slot I created. No more waking up to a painful, numb arm either. That was the bonus I never anticipated. Sometimes, I rearrange the pieces, to sit in bed and read a book, or to lay on the couch and watch TV. It's my go-to for comfort now. The support, in any reshape, is wonderful and works well. The hardest part is remembering how the covers go back on after washing them. I figure solving a puzzle is good for my brain.
