This product was easy to assemble, use , clea and very sturdy. The openings are large enough to be practical

This is toted and written as a great super strong powerful juicer but it is NOT. I got easily 150% more unwanted pulp IN MY JUICE than with the cylindrical ten year old juicer. This is smaller- pretty! But pretty useless. Very disappointed.

The media could not be loaded.  I have to stop after a few minutes to clean the ENTIRE machine because juice backs up into the tube. I notice apples are causing it to stay in the tube, even when put in reverse. I cut up ALL the fruits and veggies very fine and I STILL have to clean everything after a few minutes. I have only used it twice since I received it on Monday, but I'm already tired of cleaning it every so often before I can finish an entire cup. It also produces more foam than described like my Centrifugal juicer. I purchased this to cut down on foam.I will probably be returning this because I'm not satisfied with it at all.

I've been using this juicer for 3 weeks almost everyday and here's what I think.This is NOT a cold press juicer. It's a masticating juicer, and it's a really good masticating juicer. I've put carrots through it, kale, broccoli, spinach, and so on and it's stood up perfectly. Some pros and cons:- Sturdy, sturdy sturdy. When you put in a lot of stuff at once the head might wobble a little when juicing, but it's perfectly fine.- So easy to clean, as long as you clean it right after you use it. The fruit and vegetables will stick if you let it dry out. If not you just need water, and it all comes off super easy. I recommend a scrub brush (juicer came with one) to scrub the small grooves.- all parts are dishwasher safe. I run it through the dishwasher every other day just to sanitize.- The two different modes, soft and hard, are useful but not necessary. I like to put it on "hard" when I put in things like carrots, but when it starts pulping I turn it back to "soft". I found it actually doesn't use more power, it just spins faster which I did not like. The slower it spins, the more nutrients!- Small footprint and won't take up a lot of space on the counter.- Surprisingly, not very noisy. Nothing like a centrifugal juicer.If you're on the fence, you won't regret it. If you want a sturdy masticating juicer, this will not disappoint.
