insole measurement was 10 1/4 in. width was 4 in. don't see it in the chart can you order this size?

No they only come I’m full sizes. If your a size 10 order a 10 If you’re a 10.5 you still should order the 10 that’s what I did and they fit fine.

How are they for walking? We will be traveling in some areas that have a lot of rain but we'll be doing some touring. Thank you

They are fine for walks or short distance hike. They may get uncomfortable much over a couple of miles. They don’t have a lot of support. But on short distances or a lot of stopping standing they will be fine.

Im looking for size 8 but do they come in EE wide?

They come in the sizes listed. They run a half a size to a size bigger, hubby wears an 8.5, ordered an 8, they fit well. They do not run wide

Are these boots comfortable for mowing the lawn?

I wear them to shovel snow … keep my feet warm and dry. Might he t be too hot for summer mowing. I don’t plan to use them that way. Best for rainy weather.
