Can anyone tell me if these are BPA free?

I've read on reviews/questions for other Learning Resources fake food products (we have a lot of them!) that they are BPA free- but are made from PVC. We just try not to let our littles chew on these- they are pretty close size-wise to their real life counterpart and have such nice details so these are the food toys our bigger kids play with in their play kitchen and we have other toys for gnawing. :)

I know that the bowl of oatmeal is one-piece, but does it look like it would be easy to separate the oatmeal without breaking it or the bowl?
