Sensory Swing for Kids & Adults, Blue, Contemporary Style, Nylon Fabric, Holds Up to 250lbs

This sensory swing is well made and sturdy. I love that it comes with all the hardware and the cutest plushie fox that doubles as a cushion. I ended up getting an A-frame for this swing because I didn’t have a secure way to hang it around my house. The size worked well for my small kiddo, it’s like a little hideaway. I tried it out myself and it’s comfortable for what it is. It can be fun or relaxing to sit/swing inside or outside. I do recommend multiple hanging points or an A-frame swing frame if you have the space to accommodate. This is a fun solution for anyone to try, but especially for kiddos who get overstimulated and need to do something out of the ordinary to distract from anxiety.

Upon initially opening this swing, I wasn’t impressed, but once I got it together and hanging up, I was so happy with it! All of our kids enjoy it and I just think it’s a good thing to have around for both sensory seeking kids and kids who experience sensory overload. I didn’t use the hardware to install it in the house - were just using ours outdoors for the time being, but we bring it in every time since this is technically an indoor swing. I do wish the directions were more clear, but I still got it together with the vague booklet. The inflatable object that I think they meant to be used as a seat seems really big for the swing, but my kids do enjoy rolling it around. The little pump included to inflate the seat thing is cute, but it would take ages to inflate the toy with that itty bitty thing - I tried - so we just used an electric ballon pump. I like the unhappy/happy flippable fox stuffy. It’s a 3rd party way for kids to share how they’re feeling, and for some kids that’s a helpful tool to getting them to open up. Bottom line: the swing is a hit (you may need to look up how to put it together), the inflatable thing seems unnecessary, and the stuffed animal is a cute touch.

(Edit 9/14/23): Support reached out to me and helped me figure out that it was just a misunderstanding. This swing is meant to be sent out as a flat sheet. While the documentation and instructions inside the package were confusing, they have a video on the product page that outlines how to set this up and it actually works really well after all. Updating to a 4 star. Original Review: I am very disappointed by this. The little fox plushie is nice. The hardware would definitely work. However, the "hammock" is nothing more than a sheet. I can kind of see where they maybe tried to sew it together and the threads just didn't take. I even got a replacement and both of them are just a sheet of fabric. I tried tying it together, but, because of the elastic nature of the fabric, no knots stay. It would be completely unsuitable for any child to use safely. I believe this to be a manufacturing issue. But, both ones that I received were exactly the same.

Swing was cheap but functional. Came with a cheap “sensory toy” that I didn’t even want. Was full do talcum powder. Exploded the VERY MINUTE my boys started to play with it. It’s stuck to everything, in every crack, just gets sticky if i try to scrub it with water, it’s floating through the air and makes my eyes burn. I’ve never been this unhappy with a product. I feel like i should be PAID a cleaning fee for having this sensory toy that came with the swing introduced to my home
