I tried this on a friend’s advice (she is a physician) and have been pleasantly surprised. Rather than waking up all through the night, I am actually managing about 8 hours of sleep per night. I have ight proof drapes in my bedroom and no light of any kind once I am ready for sleep and I find going to sleep easier and that I am more relaxed and not worrying about being awake at all hours. Maybe it’s mental, but it is working for me.

I started taking this to help manage my stress during some pretty continuously trying times. I took the first bottle and really noticed a difference in my ability to not go off the deep end with my fight or flight. My flight looked like hours of disassociation not able to communicate due to the when the heavy tole of my situation hit its peak. Although I felt like it helped $40 a month along with my other bills seemed like I should cut it out and see if it really was helping. When I cut it out I felt like i wasnt able to have as much grasp on my emotions as when I took this. The chaos has not ceased (I’m a caregiver to my mother who is 82 disabled with dementia) but this helps manage extreme stress without drugs or alcohol.

And generally happy, from miserable, on edge, grumpy, and constantly complaining of feeling ill. Even her brian fog has lifted. Apparently regular magnesium, that she took for years, can’t really make it to the brain where is it needed for regulating GABA, seratonin, and balancing dopamine. The effect gradually get better over the course of a few days as levels in the brain raise and your cognition and mood improve. Then you can handle the most difficult situations with ease!! It’s amazing, where has it been all my life. Great for sleep too.

I wasn't able to continue on this supplement because it made me so tired. It's a great product I'm sure and I wish it didn't make me so sleepy. The price was great

Still wake up but I can fall asleep again more easily.
