Fits the cookware really well, they are pretty soft and fairly sturdy, I expect they will hold up pretty well. I don’t love the silicone grippers, I think that using a pot holder or dish rag is easy and more comfortable. Not really sure what makes these protectors better than off-market ones, but they are good quality.

These are thick, soft and flexible protectors. I do wish they were all large and cut to size- not enough large to cover large skillets and deep pans. The flexibility is nice because they fit and stay put whereas stiff ones tend to move around- at least until they break in. But now the existential questions- is it worth it to break the bank for these? These don’t really need a break in a plus but others will break in fairly quick. Thickness- how thick do they really need to be? IDK that a thick one offers more protection than one half its size. Softness- does our cookware really care? Since these were not enough large ones in the set, I had to buy more, so I went with cheaper ones- no regrets yet.

After purchasing my first set of All-Clad pots and pans, I realized they are kind of touchy when it comes to the finish. For $1200+ you would think they would be indestructible, but they seem to scratch easily, so we bought protection for the cookware. We don't have a lot of space for cookware, so it has to be "stacked." They are well made and fit as expected. The handle grips are great if the panhandles get too hot. I probably should have stuck with the cast iron or Wolfgang Puck, but here we are and will make the best of it.

Stacked all my pots using these all clad pot protectors. No scrapes or scratches. Pots still look new.

The pot separators in this set are great!! However, beware that the silicone pot holders get HOT! I was shocked when I used mine and went to grab the handle and the silicone was radiating the heat from the pot. We own some no name brand ones that work much better. Unsure if ours were defective or if that’s just how they are. Not great for all stainless steel pans.
