There are a several reasons I am taking the time to make this review. I have listed them below, and I hope they help you with your decision. I have been using this about 4 days now, and the fabric is so strong and supportive. The Velcro is good quality and I feel confident that it will last and hold up well, with continued use. I have larger calves and the fit of the size Large is great for me, I often struggle with sizing on calf related things, there is room for adjustment, either way. I am happy that I can use in on either leg. The L and R indicate which way the removeable massage forms work correctly for each side. It fits well, and is comfortable over my jeans, and there are no sharp or hard edges. It's easy to fit, even when my back is hurting. I have one tip for other users, the middle strap is directed as the first to start with, and I found it often also needs re-adjusted at the end, after the other two straps are actually fastened. I have noticed a lot less tension in my sciatica and pain level is down, after 3-4 days of use for about an hour a day, on each leg.

My sciatica is really bad. Does give some sort of relief, but the jury is still out!

I wear this device when I’m working around the house. If I’m doing dishes or laundry, I will put it on before my sciatic is acting up. It definitely supports me and prevents the pain from starting however it does not fit well, and I need to adjust it Every once in a while. It was a good purchase though.

This is very comfortable. It helps with my sciatica. I really like the design and how well it worked for me. I like the texture of the fabric and it does not itch and it does not make me sweat. It is a good purchase.

I tried a few sciatica braces. This was the only one with the adjustable pads. They really make a difference. After two months of non stop use, including having topical rubs on the leg, the pad coverings came off. For me, it was worth it to but another one. I wish I could have just gotten more pads. But now that I have two, I can let the one I wear during the day air out over night while I wear the old one at night. Both my PCP and the acupuncturist were impressed with this device. I think watching the you tube video on how to wear it also helped.

It doesn’t work as well as the $10 belt I bought a while back. But the belts on the cheap one are a lil too short. I’m returning this as it barely gives any relief.

This is one of those item that you get just because, but let me tell you that this item is so good , i was having sciatica shouting pain when I was doing Zumba and since I got this all my problems are gone, doing my favorite exercise again thanks to this .
