No massage support
The chair is very nice and comfortable. However one of the reasons I bought this is because of the massage function for the lumbar support as mentioned in the product description and attached pictures but that is not present. It only include a normal lumbar pillow - no massage function as mentioned.

Cute but didnt come with massager
I believe its supposed to come with a back massager but mine didnt come with one. None the less, its a really cute and comfy gaming chair. Easy to build

Not a single negative
I’ve had this chair for about 10 months now and it’s still in perfect condition. I use it every single day, and it’s held up brilliantly - really sturdy and durable. Choosing a fully white chair felt like a bit of a risk, but adding a cute cushion has protected it from plenty of potential stains. It was also very easy to assemble on my own, and I haven’t had a single issue with the armrests coming loose - I’ve never even needed to tighten them. I was hesitant about spending this much on a desk chair, but I haven’t regretted it once. It’s been completely worth the money. Most importantly, it’s incredibly comfortable, and as a bonus, it fits my pink/white desk setup perfectly. I’m genuinely so pleased I bought it.

This is the type of review that I am doing with pleasure. What a great chair. Comfortable, pretty & very good material. I tried to make a close up video so you can see the quality of the product. I searched for few hours before I decided to buy this one and I am extremely happy!
