Are razor blades included?

Sort of although they aren't very sharp. I had a hair trimmer that looked similar to this New unit 30 years ago and always used it to cut my hair when I was single and cheap. The manufacturer of the product you're asking about is a mere look alike but certainly not a behave alike. All I could get it to do was painfully pull my hair even when I upgraded to real razor blades. Don't waste your money on this product..Wish I knew where to get a real trimmer.

Are the blades replaceable?

Yes. Three double-edge razor blades (two for the long edge and one for the short edge).

Can you use it on dogs

I got it to use on a cat and that was not successful. I think it would work on a dog because their fur is thicker and more coarse.

I have a three year old who is terrified of the clippers would this work to cut his hair?

I'm 74 and have been cutting my own hair since high school. I use this razor comb and it works well.
