Does this shrink at all?

Mine did not but I washed on cold and hung to dry. It is probably fine to dry, I was just cautious.

Do these run large or small? I see in the reviews the length is petite but what about the overall sizing?

Overall sizing feels very true to size (for me). I usually wear an extra large or large. I bought the XL and it fit well.
