LOVE this, works makes me sweat, I’ve honestly lost a few pounds (of course with working out and diet) but I have to say my core looks more defined with use of this sauna suit more than what it would have been without it. Great product! Does have a smell, but hey I’m sweating.. I wear XL, fits true to size! Washed it a few times and still in tact, wearing it right now after a workout!

This product is awesome. I give it five stars because it’s stretchy and it works. I was 250 pounds and I lost 5 pounds and a week with workout not just a shirt but it is great. I have an extra large and if it’s nice and snug on me and I’m 5’8 muscular built so it really makes the difference. Great material not suffocating. Doesn’t feel like somebody’s trying to squeeze you to death but it gives you great results.

I have both this Sauna Shirt and a Sauna Suite by HotSuite. You would get a similar experience with other brands too this is just what I have and did a comparison. Now, I can’t comment on other Sauna shirts, but imagine they are very similar. With This Sauna Shirt, I was unsure if I should go a size up or the size that was recommended. For me, that was Medium since I am 5'6 and 150. I went with a large and thank goodness I did. With my sauna suit, I got the one you zip on and off making it very easy vs the pull over which basically puts us in the same boat as the shirt. Between the Suit and the Shirt, I did find I was able to sweat a bit more in Suit. However, the shirt is much more convenient and if you put on under a sweatshirt for example you won’t make a giant mess if jumping right in your car after if leaving a gym fast. Regarding the size, make sure you get one size up because even if not as snug meaning won’t let you sweat as much you will never get it off after. Even with a size up it clings to your body like a boa. I had to get in the shower under water to loosen it up to take it off. The Shirt Quality is very good. I did not think this will tear at all unless when taking off you just tug at it trying to remove it. You may wash the shirt by hand, but I put in a delicate cycle and put on a hanger to try and that took maybe 30-45 minutes. Overall, you do sweat a lot with it, just not as much as a Sauna Suit. I am still glad I got for places outside of my home

I wear an XXL tshirt so I ordered this in XXL. It is about two sizes too small. I wear it under a regular shirt since it fits skin tight. Brand new, it smelled bad. Like burnt rubber or chemical or something. It does make me sweat a lot, but here's the issue. All that sweat now runs downs the water resistant liner in the shirt and onto my wasteband and shorts. So my shorts get really soaked. I ran 4 miles with it dor the firat time. I was down 3 pounds *water weight when I weighed myself after I got home. It works.

I’m 6’ tall, 225lbs, and made sure to read a lot of the reviews to decide which size to order. I typically wear an XL in most shirts and went a size up with a 2XL because of the reviews. It fits snug in the shoulders, which gives me a little extra shoulder support when lifting, but comfortably loose in the midsection and waist. An XL would’ve fit, but might’ve been tight like a compression shirt and possibly too short at the waist. So if you’re wanting to have just a little breathing room, I’d recommend going up one size. The shirt works really well at getting your core to sweat, which seems to be one of the places I never sweat, which is frustrating as I’m working on toning up my midsection in my 40’s. Taking it off is easiest if you start from the waist and pull it over your head. Slides right off with no issues. When I’m done, I wash it in the laundry with my regular laundry, but let it air dry and it hasn’t shrunk one bit after 3 wears/washes. Definitely would recommend this shirt and I’m going to need to order a few more with training 4-5 days a week.

These are amazing great material and it works have me sweating more as I ride my bike.

I really like this on a shirt. I had one before. It's bigger, but not downsized to a smaller one, love using it when you get done, just soaking it, rinsing it in hot water and hang it up again, just for use, really sweating these things The

This product was packaged well. The material seems to be ok, I usually wear a large and the description indicates true to size but they run super small. I figured I'd order an XL just in case and so that I could wear a t-shirt underneath to absorb some of the sweat. Well. It was way too small, barely fit around my shoulders. If you are going to consider this product consider two sizes larger. I'm going to return this and order two sizes up.

This absolutely intensifies a workout - you don't realise just how much, until you realise ... if that makes sense. You don't need it tight to work its magic. I would say though - all the additional sweat it creates go down your body, so be wary of what colour you wear (joggers wise, underwear wise)
