I take one of these each night before bed and I definitely have better sleep. It calms my mind and I fall asleep faster. I started taking two a night, but I dropped down to one to see if I still found a benefit and I did which was even better financially. If I forget to take it I find myself tossing and turning struggling to get to sleep until I finally realise I haven’t taken my magnesium, and when I do take it I then shortly fall asleep. My partner usually wakes up multiple times during the night for the toilet but since he has also been taking these each night before bed, he says he no longer wakes up during the night nearly as much as before. I would definitely recommend these for better sleep.

Kind of huge tablets to take, if you really struggle to swallow regular tablets then maybe this won't be the best option. Although, this supplement is so effective- it really helps my skin (eczema) and energy levels. It being magnesium glycinate helps with absorption too which is just even better! This specific brand/ product is the one I swear by. So for £7, you can't really go wrong. It took me continued use for 2-3 months to notice the positives of it, and I'm glad I stuck with it :) i'd defo recommend to get this because the benefits were good for me.
