I'm a geezer who has been taking both Tamsulosin and finasteride for years. The effectiveness of the Tamsulosin conflicted with another med and caused me to unexpectedly fall backward a few times a day. I know it sounds humorous, but it was painful :). After a complete neuro exam with any scan that exists, all looked okay. My PCP suggested cutting down or getting off T. I stopped taking it and stopped falling lbut my urge to pee still came twice a night and the stream was stop and go, took a longer time to start and didn't empty my bladder. My brother recommended AZO. OMG! I'm not a big fan of supplements, but I pee much better and rarely wake up once a night. Been taking it for 6 months with the same helpful results. I wouldn't think of stopping it. BTW, this is an honest review of a product I've always paid for. No freebies.

Good product for UTI suffers, however, your results may vary. It’s especially convenient if you’re not fond of the actual taste of cranberries. My wife feels it works well for her!

Soft capsules that are easy to swallow. Taking one at night, and one in the morning ended my UTIs.

Aging has brought many issues, with monthly UTIs being the worst. Literally, once a month, I am at the doctor to get treated. I started taking these when they popped up during my search to subscribe and save for cranberry juice. I decided to try this instead. I take 2 each day and for the past 3 months, no UTIs! Fingers crossed. I do believe they are working!
