I used it on the upper portion of the big windows in my classroom, and the transformation is incredible. The colors are bright, vibrant, and look even prettier when the sunlight hits them. It truly gives that stained-glass effect without the cost or hassle of real glass.Application was surprisingly easy—no residue, no sticky mess, and I was able to reposition a few pieces without any issues. It clings firmly and has stayed in place through temperature changes, opening/closing blinds, and students brushing past it.One of my favorite parts is how it adds privacy without blocking the natural light. My classroom still feels bright and open, but now the windows have this beautiful mosaic that students constantly compliment. It makes the entire space feel warmer and more inviting.If you want to upgrade a boring window or add color to a room instantly, this window cling is worth every penny. Stunning! I purchased and put it up on my child’s window in March. June is finally here. Summer is when the evening sun hits the window. I am in love with the rainbow colors. This is a photo of a white loft bed. I had no issues with installation. Followed directions exactly as written. I used a squeegee for the final press. I also haven’t had any issues with condensation. It seems to prevent the condensation from occurring. Super happy. I would definitely recommend.

Yes. I totally screwed up the bottom row because I’m sometimes…not observant 😂. I also could’ve done a better job of lining these up, but whatever. Really, the only con I experienced was my own idiocy. I’m actually pretty impressed with the quality of this cling, how easy it is to apply, and most of all *how well it stays on*. I’m emphasizing this because that hasn’t been my experience with stair raiser decals, temporary wall paper etc, which I’ve found both very unforgiving—as in, you better get it right the first time—and after a year or so, they tend to start peeling.So far, that hasn’t been the case here. I was able to adjust the cling and even redo one pane completely. Having said that, I followed the instructions very carefully and I also bought a kit which included a spray bottle for the soapy water (which is how they cling so well), a smoother, a good X-acto knife + extra blades (and you’ll need them, because the cling is hard on blades) as well as a couple of unnecessary items. You may have these on hand anyway, but I strongly recommend at least having a good X-acto knife.Privacy: my partner’s office is in our house; the door is a separate door from the rest of the house ie there is also a residential door. And even though he sees people by appt only, a lot of them will drop by and knock on both doors. I work from home and don’t want to have to answer a bunch of questions like where is he, when will he be back etc like I’m his secretary or something; it’s so much easier to just not answer the door. From the outside (2nd photo), the cling isn’t completely opaque, but it is opaque enough for people not to see straight in like they could before.My only complaint—and it’s a very small one—is that the squares appear much smaller in their image, which I preferred. Just fyi, they measure 2 1/2” X 2”. Besides that, and my own ADHD lack of observation, I love the way it looks, especially when the sun is out. Love it so much that I’m about to buy another roll to redo the Idiot Row on the bottom lol.

I recently had new windows installed and needed something for privacy in my kitchen since a neighbor's 2nd story window has a direct line of sight in. I tried another window film before this, and it worked great but was very dull. My walls are dull enough and I realized I needed something with a bit more color. Since I skipped over the product images and based my purchase on the first couple customer review pictures, I didn't fully realize what I was getting, and I was pleasantly surprised even with the flaws.This is installed on an east facing window and the first 2 pictures are with afternoon sun. The light coming through is plenty bright and I'm able to see faint outlines without detail, so I'd know if anything was going on in the side yard. The 3rd picture is with overcast morning sun, but the big surprise is in the 4th picture. My neighbors put up the brightest, whitest LED Christmas lights possible. There is not a single bit of color, and it looks fine from outside by WOW it's so bright! Without the privacy film or blinds, it was light walking into a flashbang to get a drink, but with this one it looks incredible! It knocks down the light perfectly and really lets the sparkle effect show.The remaining pictures are from outside with all interior lights on and the pattern flaws which unfortunately do repeat throughout the whole sheet. However, I do not find them noticeable unless I am looking for them. I was originally going to try matching the patterns between the top and bottom window, but I did not see any way that was possible, fortunately with it being 2 panes of glass that are different sizes and offset, I don't think real stained glass would match either and this makes it perfectly okay. I wouldn't attempt to use multiple sheets on a large window or door.If needed, I would probably buy this again in the future for the same window even with the flaws.

I absolutely love this window film. We live on a large property on the outskirts of a small rural mountain community and don’t have much of a need for window treatments in general beyond the bedrooms, but we do get almost daily UPS deliveries for my husband’s small business, and our dogs (all nine of them!) go crazy when they see someone approach the house. I put this film up in our foyer and reptile room (the non-bedroom windows one has to pass by on their way to our front door), and now deliveries go unnoticed by our muttley crew. Bonus points for the pretty patterns the filtered sunlight makes around the house now. The corners do have a tendency to lift a bit, but we experience some pretty extreme temperature differences from day to night at times, and I think that may be the cause. Easy enough to re-spray and smooth down once in a while. Initial application was super easy. Still allows for plenty of light while providing privacy.

I’ve had this window film up for about two years, and overall I’m happy with it. It gave my room beautiful rainbow colors whenever the sun shined through and added a nice amount of privacy.After about two years of direct sun exposure, the colors have definitely started to fade, which I expected. Even though it isn’t as vibrant as it was when I first installed it, it still lets colorful light into the room and continues to do its job. For the price, I think it held up well and I’d consider buying it again if I wanted to replace it.

soo.. i’ve had this for about a year now. but i didn’t actually hang them up until the end of march 2025.. they use to look nice but they’re very annoying if you have to piece them together bc they will never match up. but my biggest issue is that they are already faded. there’s no more reds or pinks anymore. only the dark blue which is faded to a light blue & the light blue which is faded to a very very very light turquoise. so just less then 6 months & they already need to be replaced. so that’s a bummer. i don’t even get a ton of sun on these windows bc they’re covered by trees & on the north side of my house. these faded way faster than the last brand i had. those lasted over 2 years before they started to fade. so if you’re using this for exterior windows & they get even a little bit of sun, or in my case almost no sun at all, they will fade very fast.

This is the worst and least functional product I have purchased on Amazon. No matter how clean the windows are, it does not adhere. Do not buy.
