Dies what it says on the tin!! Like the covered microphone. Great value.

We actually bought 4 of these headphones in two separate orders hoping they will be good in a busy telesales office. Unfortunately even though they are compatible with the Yealink T28 phones we use, the microphones are over sensitive in that our customers are commenting how much noise there is in the background. Also customers are struggling to hear the operator with the background chatter from other operators. So we are going to look for some other headphones as we can no longer use these in the environment we operate, even though they advertise noise cancelling microphone to reduce background noise. On the positive side they are comfortable and worked straight out the box with the T28's Update I have been sent out another headset to try for of charge and for the communication and determination to satisfy customers I have added a couple more stars to the review.

It didn’t work and, after a bad review, the company contacted me. They said it was probably not compatible with the phone set I was using and gave me a refund which was pleasing.

Lovely clear sound. Very comfortable to wear.

I am a sales director of a investment company, this test could have lead to all my sales guys getting a pair. Gutted honestly, this product sounded a lot better than my previous pair that cost three times as much, background noise not a problem either. However, on day two they stopped working, people couldn't hear me, as in the mic totally stopped working. They are now in the bin. Same tech with more quality and these would be great!

Ho comprato queste cuffie per lavoro, in quanto passo molte ore al telefono e devo avere le mani libere per utilizzare la tastiera. Ho attaccato le cuffie al telefono e non ho dovuto fare altro, le cuffie vengono riconosciute (il modello è uno indicato nel titolo) ed ho scelto queste cuffie proprio perchè compatibili con esso. Mi ci trovo molto bene e sento la differenza ad avere le mani libere quando batto sulla tastiera.

Funciona correctamente, se escucha de 10, yo que trabajo de teleoperador 7 horas, se agradece, porque los auriculares que dan la empresa son muy molestos .

Das Gerät sitzt nicht besonders gut. Das Mikrophon ist sehr leise. Auch der Klang der Ohrhörer ist mäßig. Da sind die billigen Sprech-/Hörgerät, wie den Smartphones beiliegen, in allen Punkten besser, lassen sich aber leider nicht ans Festnetztelefon anschließen.
