## Questions & Answers

**Q: length of handle - I am not very tall and the handle looks long - is it adjustable?**
A: You can remove the handle when using other tools but not when using full vacuum.  So no the handle is not adjustable or not that I am aware of.  I am only 5ft 5 and I don't have a problem.  It is a good vacuum, it does the stairs great as you can remove the cylinder and carry that on the stairs.  

My complaint was the brushes but after more investigations the brushes do rotate when switched on but only when you push the machine and they go round pretty quick.  Overall I am happy with my Shark vacuum.

**Q: When you convert to the handheld option, do you have to bend over to clean the floors,the tube looks tiny in the photo where its being used on stairs?**
A: You  would only use the hand held option to clean stair and furniture and heights  why would you use it to clean floors

A: The brush bar can be removed. I would look online for a replacement brush.

A: Brush and lights are on when carpet mode is on. If they are flashing sounds like fault with the switch.
