Review: Great for Snacking - I really enjoy snacking, and these are great for in between meals. They aren't organic, but they do state non-GMO. Really crunchy and flavorful, if you like quinoa and corn. I usually eat with almond/peanut butter with sliced apples on top for a sweet snack, or laughing cow cheese wedges spread on or dipped in hummus for a more savory one. The thin cake stays nice and crunchy. They even taste great by themselves, and I have found myself near the bottom of the stack without difficulty. You have to be careful when you open it up, though - the top one likes to jump out.
