It is a beautiful book. But not as many recipes that are innovative.

Have not tried any recipes yet, but read through it. Recipes are varied and some can be veganized. Lots of imagination.

Excellent little book with some inspiring recipes - came quickly - well worth the money

A good start to combining cheese and bread. It is up to the reader to expand on the combinations presented. I wonder whatwine would go good with a plain white bread and processed cheese slice. The Welsh rarebit recipe was very satisfying. Onething that everyone should try is combining different grated cheeses and melting it on a frying pan, then wiping it up with somebread. Ah, the mouth feel, the smell. Life can be sublime with a bit of cheese and some bread.
