This honey with cheddar and a Ritz cracker is out of this world!

I had never tried truffle honey before. I had never even heard of it, until recently. I added this in with some other ingredients to make a dressing. It was on another level, delicious! Highly recommend. 10 stars. (Do not refrigerate the truffle honey. Store in a cool, dry place, at room temperature). Lemon basil vinaigrette & truffle honey dressing: 2 tablespoons lemon juice 2 tablespoons olive oil 1 tablespoon balsamic vinegar 1/2 tablespoon truffle honey (I used what I'm reviewing)! 1/2 clove finely minced garlic 1/4 teaspoon dried basil Combine all ingredients and whist well to incorporate. DO refrigerate the dressing! And I made a wonderful strawberry / arugula salad using these ingredients Arugula Toasted pine nuts Strawberries - sliced thin Feta cheese or blue cheese Simple, both the dressing and the salad. But oh so good! :-)

This honey tasted like chemicals. Couldn’t eat it

I came across a pizza restaurant where they put “truffle honey” on top of the pizza and I was shocked how amazingly delicious the two paired together. This honey goes on every pizza now, I could never eat another pizza without truffle honey drizzled on top. I’ve bought a few truffle honey and this one is by far the most delicious and superior to all the other brands I’ve tried. Very happy they changed the top of the honey jar to an easy squeeze top instead of a twist top so now my honey will not leak everywhere. This is legitimately gold, but it, try it, thank me later. 😊
