Just installed this yesterday and haven't had time to review all the functions, but screen is easy to read, displays volts, amps and watts clearly and percentage of remaining battery power in our lithium batteries, seems to be well built and so far I've been impressed with its functionality and quality. Hooks up easily and shows all the information I think I need to monitor our battery life. Pretty impressed so far. Will review again after I've spent more time using it in our camper.

I'm not a fan. I have an LiFePO4 system that charges from both shore power and solar. There are no instructions on how to set that it. I've set it up twice and it still doesn't read properly. Maybe I'm doing something wrong. I just wanted a simple monitor that tells me what % of power I have left. And this is not reliable for that purpose. UPDATE: I've reprogramed the device again. I appears to be working but I need more time to confirm that. Seller has been in touch twice. Offered refund. I didn't want to take that if the issue is my fault. Thanks to LiTime for reaching out. UPDATE: I ended reprogramming this thing 3 times and could not get it to work for my application. Li Time was quick to respond and ultimately I was able to return the device for a refund. Thanks to them for that. The device didn't work for me but at least the company is helpful and stands behind their product.

Gets the job done. I had upgraded my lead acid batteries on my RV to a LiTime LIPO 230 ah battery. I wanted to add a shunt and add the LiTime Shunt. Not too difficult to install. I cut a hole in my RV panel to install and looks great. My only wish would have been that it had Bluetooth connectivity but I knew when I purchased it didn't have it. I added a Victron Shunt later with Bluetooth capability and they work together fine. And they both read the same so this tells me the LiTime shunt works great. If you don't care about bluetooth it works great.

Purchased this product to monitor my LiTime 200aH battery ~2 years ago. This monitor has worked great up until about 2 weeks ago when one of the wires that plugs into the monitor broke. I emailed LiTime, they asked me to send a picture of the broken wire, and then immediately sent out the replacement part to get me up and running again. Not only that, but it arrived to my rural address in only 2 days. HIGHLY impressed with their willingness to even warranty the part, being that it's just under 2 years old... but also the ease in which the communication happened. It wasn't jumping through a million hoops like with other companies, and then waiting an ungodly amount of time to process the request. From initial email to part delivery was about 4 days (and prob would of been 3 if I'd replied to initial email quicker). HUGE thank you to Bella (the CS person I worked with) for making everything so simple and smooth. This type of customer service weighs heavily on my future product decisions and is greatly appreciated. BTW, I later found out that it's just a standard "5 pin JST XH" cable, as I saw a few other reviews mentioning the wires breaking from the connector. Less than $10 for a ~5 pack here on Amazon.

I've used other monitors, but I like the interface Li Time has and the percentage capacity. During setup I did find one issue in the manual I received in the box. The manual stated to set the "Full V" parameter to the batteries "resting voltage". I have a 12.8 Li Time 230Ah Lithium battery. Typical "resting voltage" is 13.3V. The problem is that the monitor uses the charging voltage to set the capacity to 100%. My experience was the monitor showed 100% capacity prematurely as the charge voltage reached 13.3V. I contacted Li Time and they were very quick to correspond with me and they updated their manual and sent me a new version. The new version says to set "Full V" to the batteries (system) charge voltage. For a 12.8V Battery that value is 14.2V. The Lithium charge can charge as high as 14.6V when the battery is at/near full charge. I did set my value to 14.6 before corresponding with Li Time and the charging/discharging tests worked fine. I will probably set my controller now to 14.2 and see if it makes any difference (but I think either value will work) I've corresponded by email with Li Time now 2-3 times and every time they are very prompt and super helpful. The directions say to completely discharge the battery and then hold the down arrow. Well, after the bms shuts off the battery there is no power to run the monitor. Charging for a minute and then letting the battery rest, seemed like the thing to do. When holding down the arrow button, there in no response to let you know it has "learned" the discharged state. Same for setting the fully charged state. It is easy to accidentally hold the up arrow instead of the light button when it is dark and you want to turn on the light (it is installed in my travel trailer). Holding these buttons does not change the zero and full voltage numbers in the menu, so what does it really do? The monitor seemed to work after I set the discharge point, but then it acted odd and did not show a reduction in battery capacity after putting a large load on it for 30 minutes. A 100 amp load should have reduced a 200 AH battery to 75 percent, yet it still said 100 percent and 200 AH on the display. I emailed the company regarding this issue, as it was near the 30 day return limit on amazon, and they never responded. I wish I had gone with a victron monitor. The litime battery is recommended by a popular youtuber who has opened a number of them and the price is much better than some of the others, but I can't recommend the other devices they sell and am questioning the quality of the battery since I don't have a reliable monitor for it.

Nice product. Easy installation. Quick response from LiTime when I had a question on the initial background settings. However, immediately after install, I had an issue with the display backlight fluctuating from bright-dim-bright-dim and so on. This problem would come and go randomly. Eventually, it would mellow out and stay at the brightness level that I selected. Then, without warning, usually when shutting off some loads, it would start flashing again. LiTIme has been great. Email them one day, their response in my inbox when I check the next morning. They've had me try a few things, but always indicated that they'd do a replacement if necessary. My new problem though is when I finally used my camper enough to run my battery down to 30%. I then hooked to shore power for about 5 minutes. When I unplugged, my LiTIme meter showed my battery at 100%, even though it was still at 12.9 volts. Again, LiTIme is right there, stepping in and replacing the unit. Hopefully this is a one-off problem and the new unit works fine. If so, I'll update my review accordingly. Given the price, and the extreme similarity to the Renogy, Redodo, and other branded meters, I think these are all flying out of the same factory in China and getting the appropriate label slapped on them. I'll update soon. Update 7/30/24 I'll stand by my previous mention of LiTime being great to work with. They're very responsive and ready to help. Unfortunately, even the replacement unit is suffering from the same issues as the first one. The lesser issue of flashing display backlight is still there. More importantly however, there's still an issue of what I'll call, "premature escalation." That is, the unit seems to accurately calculate amp-hour draw from 100% to 0%, but when recharging the battery starting at 0%, it will jump up to a 100% reading way before a given charge rate could have possibly gotten it there. To some, this may not that important, but if I'm charging my battery back up during a camping trip, I want to run my generator no longer or shorter than needed out of respect for any neighbors. I've returned the 2nd unit and have moved in a different direction.

It's a basic green back light battery monitor, we can expect calibrated results from this. A bit over priced in India. Didn't find much of an option so purchased this.
