Can you post more detailed instructions on how to set it up for tennis?

Thanks for your question, Igor. The racket sports rebounder can be easily set for tennis practice by strapping the bungee cords at the top of the net accordingly as shown in the provided instruction manual. These straps set the timing between practice shots for each racket sports, ie from about 1.5 to 2.5 seconds.

Can we adjust angle of the frame holding polyester surface. For example 30 degrees , 15 degrees or various positions

Thanks for your question Pratapsinha. You cannot adjust the angle of the main frame, however you can adjust the strappings on the bungee cord positions to have variable ball speeds. Please refer to listing details and instruction manual.

How does this work for pickleball practice?

It’s great for learning the dink and imparting spin on the Pickleball. Because of the maximum speed of the ball falling with gravity, you’re not going to get much of a lift to volley.
   Stand back a few feet and it will bounce off the ground at height to practice dinking

will this hold up to experienced players with powerful tennis strokes?   Or is it meant for beginner players?

Thanks for your question Nic. This is meant for beginners and more experienced players as well. Advanced players can use strappings to adjust timing between shots. Please check out video below. The strapping at position E is set to be loose to provide damping for more powerful strokes.
