An upgrade to the gopro
We like the upgrade. It helps to expand how we use our camera. The only issue is the screwdriver that comes with it. It’s terrible. It stripped on the first try

Wont stay stable
You cant tighten it enough to keep the camera upright, at lease on a motorcycle. Cant recommend.

Works With Limitations
The media could not be loaded. Please see the little fun video I created that was made by mounting a GoPro on this support. I do like this device but feel it wasn’t completely thought through. Mounting was simple. The kit comes with a rubber-like wrap around to cushion the post and protect the finish of the handlebar. I’d previously put this on my wife’s bicycle so there went the wrap around. I’d not suggest using this metal to metal on your bike unless you don’t care about its finish. I substituted electrical tape for the supplied material. My gripe about this is the use of two ball joints. Like all such joints, they can’t be made rigid. While this won’t be an issue for using with a bicycle on smooth roads, it will be an issue for use on a motorcycle at highway speeds and for both on very rugged terrain. I clamped down hard on the tightening screw but still had the wind, at over 80 mph, push the camera back so I had to distract myself from the ride to push things back up again. My suggestion for improvement is to have the mount semi-permanently attached to the handlebar but to allow the post to be removed. You don’t need to make a video on every ride. While complete removal and replacement of the post isn’t difficult it does take time and would be annoying to remove after and then when you want to make a video, replace. If your need is bicycle speeds on smooth turf, this is just the ticket. If you run rough or plan on riding in excess of maybe 60 mph, the key is to rough up the ball and socket joints to gain better friction. Recommended given those limitations.

Leverage isn't your friend.
I'm using this on a MTB with a small action cam attached. I like the U shaped bolts. While they do take a tool to install, they stay put. In my case, I'm using the larger U bolt up near the stem where the handlebars are 31.8mm. I added a wrap of leftover drop bar tape to protect things. I recommend using a nut driver for installation over the provided wrench. The nut driver won't slip off or scratch anything on your bike. It's also a lot harder to over torque things. The clamp on the handlebars stays solidly in place where I've got it. The rest of the mount moves significantly depending on the angle. I had the camera out in front pointed at the ground to film wheel movement and performance but I couldn't keep the rather lightweight camera from slowly nodding down as I went over rough terrain. The little camera just had too much leverage over the ball head on the bar mount. It's effectively a class 3 lever where the fulcrum is the bar ball, the load is the camera and effort is gravity and inertia. All that stuff wins over the slight resistance of the plastic on the ball heads.I still like this mount. It's very easy to setup and adjust and if I keep it upright or within 15 degrees of vertical I can bounce all over the place and not have any issues.

Heavy Duty, Easy to Use, Versatile, Works Great On My Electric Scooter
This is a very nice camera mount for the price! First off, the mount feels very nicely made and doesn't feel cheap. It definitely feels pretty heavy duty in terms of build quality. The mount is very easy to setup and use and when not in use can "fold up" into a smaller package making it easy to take with you on the go or put into a camera bag. The clamp appears to fit most handle bars and is fairly adjustable making it versatile in that it doesn't have to go on just handle bars. I use it for my GoPro Max 360 Camera mounted to my electric scooter and it works perfectly for that. All thing considered, this is a very high quality camera mount and I would highly recommend it for any camera kit!

Rad
I like everything about this. It's high quality, durable, fits my handlebars perfectly and gives very good results.I don't have a GoPro. I have a Yolansin Action Camera, and guess what? This is perfectly compatible with my camera. I'm so thankful the seller was responsive and cleared this up for me in the Q&A. Really very helpful, and it turns out the information that was provided was accurate......so I will be using this a lot because my friends and I love sharing footage with each other of all our activities. I'm so very pleased with the quality and compatibility of this mounting hardware. It's a huge step up over the mount that came bundled with my camera. A very nice upgrade. There's nothing not to love about this. If you're considering buying it, I think you should!

Great action camera mount for a motorcycle
This is a no-nonsense product that just does what it is supposed to do. It is made of metal and feels durable. It came with all the parts needed, including a tiny wrench. Once properly attached, the mount stays in place and doesn't move. The ball head allows you to position the camera at virtually any angle. I attached the mount to my motorcycle handlebar, and throughout a long trip, everything stayed securely in place, despite all the vibration. On the negative side, the item came packaged in a clear plastic bag, not even a box. And there was no manual, although everything is pretty self-explanatory. Overall, I am very happy with this action camera mount and would definitely recommend it.

It’s not just for motorcycle, you can use it on your camera rig.
This thing is is exactly what I needed! I wanted to use this on my camera rig to help capture some wider frame of shots. I can be filming a tighter shot with the main camera, and with the GoPro sitting off to the side I can also get a super wide angle simultaneously. Even though this clamp was made for motorcycle handle bars, I was able to use them on 15mm rods that are commonly used in most camera rig setups. Once you tighten the knob on this arm, it ain’t moving an inch. I guess if it’s strong enough to sit on a speeding motorcycle, then hanging on the side of my camera rig would be easy. And it is!
