Terrible product! Tastes awful, does not dissolve well or mix well with any drinks! Even says on the instructions best effect can be noticed 2hrs after taking. No noticeable difference in anything. Just a waste of money, lots of hype just to get your $$

Been taking 4 months plus now and have not felt anything different than before taking it

It's ok I don't understand what it's boosting I didn't feel any different after taking it, So I purchased some thing else

This stuff tastes horrible, and had no noticable boosts after 1 dose, possibly because it was do hard to choke down, that I’m not sure I drank it all because I think I blacked out trying to not waste it. Second dose a few days later mixed with other flavor enhancers and hydration powder seemed to be better but the the strong disgusting aftertaste still comes through. Also both pouches I’ve opened seemed crusty and clumpy, and hard to dissolve even in 2x the amount of recommended water
