TOSOT 16000 BTU RV Air Conditioner, 43dB Ultra Quiet, White

watched a few videos on installation. learned what not to do. rented a material lift from sunbelt rental. made getting the old one off and new one on very easy. the torque on the mounting bolts is 16 inch lbs, not foot lbs. the unit cooled my 40ft 5th wheel without using my 2nd unit. this was an upgrade from the 13,000btu bedroom unit. completely worth it. unit is quiet, had to move a vent on the roof 1" but that was easy. throw the 4 screws that mount the plastic interior cover to the mount and buy 4 screws about 1/2 longer. way easier. I spent all day alone to install it. but I wanted to look factory installed. very happy with the unit. last time I bought a dometic to replace my living room unit and it's been nothing but a problem. the Tosot is awesome so far.

Heats and cools no problem really easy to use. It cools my 20 foot trailer just fine as well as heats it. I was easy to install. The only issue I have is the little LED light on it does not work.

This RV AC has been a game-changer for our camping comfort. We've been looking to add a second AC to our fifth wheel. Installing this was easy, thanks to the detailed instructions that are included. Our fifth wheel was already pre-wired for a second AC. I love that it includes both rooftop and ceiling units, in many other products these would have to be bought separately. Our favorite part is that the AC is incredibly quiet and cools our bedroom perfectly, even on the hottest days. The heat pump and dehumidifier are awesome bonuses. The remote and app control are very convenient. Setting it up was easy with clear instructions. The only challenge was getting the heavy unit onto the roof, but we found a friend to help and it went well. Overall, this AC is a fantastic upgrade for our RV!

This is my second unit to install on an Airstream. Absolutely love this unit,easy to install and maintain. Super quite on the highest setting. Tosot nor Gree has a condensation drip kit which is unfortunate , had to find a kit on my own to tie in to the internal drip line in an Airstream. Other than that its a great purchase.

Installed on a Sprinter 170 van, it a central mid-roof position. Works really well and is very quiet with no vibration felt inside the van. I like that it blows air front and back with an adjustable central down draft vent. It's a heat pump so it cools and heats! My 48/3000 Victron inverter has no issues starting the unit. runs about 800w Unit is very well made, the only strange thing is there is central plenum from the outside unit going inside that isn't perfectly centered below the bracket but does not seem to affect air flow.

Only received outdoor side. There should be 2 boxes and I only received one. I will update my review if and when this is resolved.

As others have mentioned, Amazon may create issues because they may ship only half of the system (either the indoor or outdoor unit) then close the order thinking they have shipped a complete system.
