Having tried this I know that my fitness levels have slipped recently. I have been just too busy to get down the gym and so it will be great to do some training with these!I will probably start on a light resistance band and work my way up! But they are nice enough to hold and wide enough to stand on.Good set of bands!

I've been using these bands and honestly they are perfect for their job, within the package you get a really good range of band tensions to really warm up your rotatory cuff's at your required level.I would strongly recommend purchasing this product.I received this product at a discount in exchange for a honest review.

Really like this product. There are 4 different strengths of bands which is great because you can choose which one you want depending on how you are feeling and how challenged you want to be on a particular day. They come nicely presented in a cute little pouch and seem durable when stretched to their maximum capacity. So far so good with these.Sample provided for honest evaluation and review.
