I just gave my cat part of a pouch of the tuna and mackerel, it smelled kinda good actually, like a can of tuna for humans, made me hungry lol. My cat is EXTREMELY picky about textures, she will only eat wet food that is the texture of those squeezable treats, she won’t eat something as thick as a pate in a can, as it’s not moist and soft enough for her liking, and she won’t eat chunks which most alternatives to pate are broth with chunks, she sucks out the broth leaving the chunks. But this was like a mousse texture, fully pureed with no noticeable chunks, but moist enough and soft enough that she ate it! I gave her about 2x the amount of what would be in one squeezable treat since she doesn’t like to eat a lot in one sitting, and I put the rest of the pouch away in the fridge for giving her later. But she ate up the entire portion I gave her, this is the first wet food that’s actual food and not a treat, which she has eaten happily. I’m so glad she likes it, because I wanted to make half of her diet wet food so she’s not just eating kibbles, but kibbles are important for tooth health. Hopefully this doesn’t cause any indigestion or anything, she’s used to having a tube of squeezable treat every day so adding wet food to her diet shouldn’t cause diarrhea. I’ll update if this upsets her digestion. I just fed her about 30 mins ago so, too soon to tell. Update: My cat has been eating this food for more than a year now, I think it’s made a huge difference in her coat. Her fur is thicker, fluffier, shinier. She just looks like a whole new cat. This was definitely the missing piece of her diet. She used to throw up her kibble sometimes in the past from indigestion and eating too fast. She doesn’t do that anymore since she’s started eating this food. (She still eats kibble too.) I will keep buying this brand as long as it stays high quality.

If you’re looking for a wet kitten food that your young cat will actually eat with gusto, and you want something more premium with good protein sources, this one is a strong pick. Our kitten’s coat is looking very shiny, her energy levels seem good, and she’s more interested in mealtime than before. Would we buy again? Yes — though we’ll keep an eye on the budget and maybe pair this with dry food or another flavor to give her variety over time. Recommendation: If you’re feeding a kitten (4–8 weeks +) and want a quality wet food that is easy to feed, consider this Tiki Cat Baby formula. Just make sure to monitor how your kitten responds and what the cost-per-serving will be for your household.

I have started feeding this twice a day to my senior cat who at this point needs a good quality, easy to eat food to get as much nutrients as possible. This fits the bill. The texture is smooth so there is nothing for him to struggle to chew. He loves the flavor. I can easily mix his liquid supplements in it. I like that it has omega 3’s and pumpkin in it. It’s not as smelly as other wet foods. The packaging is durable but easy to open. I am able to easily squeeze it out into his bowl. It is a bit pricey to keep up with but it’s worth it to keep my senior kitty as healthy as possible.

I am a cat breeder and this is the only food I start my kittens on solids with. Great quality and nutrition!

Cat really liked these! Very easy to feed. We only stopped because we found out he has CKD and we needed to switch to a food that supported his kidneys.
