Is the funtainer (spout) leakproof?

I used to like thermos toddler water bottles so I bought four of these bottles for my kids and it was a big mistake. ALL of them are keep leaking and I had to buy another sets now. I can’t recommend.

is this thermos spill proof?

If you're keeping it in a cupholder or the outside water bottle pocket of a backpack, yes. If you're putting it inside a backpack or gym bag where it will bounce around with other things, no. It's way too easy for the button to get pushed and the top to open. If I'm sending one of these to school with my daughter I always put a rubber band around it vertically to try to prevent it popping open. This is why I prefer some other types of water bottles to send to school. I have my kids use these ones at home or in the car.
