Sadly not the product I expected! I was disappointed as they too big for me! They may well e good sleep aids but not for me!

Didn't notice much difference

These are great and definitely work but I had to stop taking them after 3 days due to no matter what time I took them / went to bed, I was sleeping for 12+ hours uninterrupted - which is great - but I have stuff to do and I was in a dead sleep where no one could wake me up. I didn't dream while taking these, either. I did feel refreshed when I eventually woke up, though. Use this before you try valerian root or whatever else people pedal as a sleeping tablet.
